Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MeeSa application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MeeSa. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To use MeeSa, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Partner Pairing

MeeSa allows you to pair with another user ("Partner"). By pairing:

• You consent to sharing your mood entries, photos, voice notes, drawings, and other relationship data with your paired Partner
• You acknowledge that your Partner will be able to view the content you share through the App
• You may unpair from your Partner at any time through the App's settings
• Upon unpairing, shared data may still exist in your Partner's account history

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and share through MeeSa, including photos, voice notes, drawings, and text ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store and process your User Content to provide the App's services
• Display your User Content to your paired Partner
• Create anonymized, aggregated analytics from user data (no personal content is shared)

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Sexually explicit content involving minors
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

Subscriptions & Payments

📦 Free and Premium Features

MeeSa offers both free features and premium features available through a paid subscription ("MeeSa Pro"). Free features include mood sharing, daily questions, and basic relationship tracking. Premium features include AI-powered date ideas, relationship insights, love languages analysis, and more.

💳 Subscription Plans

MeeSa Pro is available as:

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription
• Lifetime one-time purchase

🧾 Billing

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

↩️ Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate any other user
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to distribute spam or unsolicited messages

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Zakrs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

AI-Generated Content

MeeSa uses artificial intelligence to generate date ideas, relationship insights, and personalized tips.

This content is:

• Generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• Not endorsed by Zakrs LLC as professional advice
• Subject to the limitations of AI technology

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAKRS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any content or conduct of any third party using the App
• Any content obtained from the App

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zakrs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will survive (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability)

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where possible, providing notice through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zakrs LLC regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
