Zakrs LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the MeeSa mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By using MeeSa, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and functionality
- Sync your mood entries, messages, and media with your paired partner

MeeSa uses Google's Gemini AI to provide certain features such as date night ideas and relationship insights. When using these features:
- We may send anonymized, aggregated relationship data (such as mood patterns) to generate personalized suggestions
- No personally identifiable information (names, photos, or specific messages) is sent to AI services
- AI-generated content is for entertainment and suggestion purposes only
🔒 Your privacy is protected — no personal data, names, photos, or messages are ever sent to AI services.

We may share your data only in these limited circumstances:
- With your partner: Mood entries, photos, voice notes, and relationship data are shared with your paired partner as part of the App's core functionality
- Service providers: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, and RevenueCat for subscription management. These providers have their own privacy policies
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process
- Safety: We may disclose information to prevent fraud, abuse, or threats to safety
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which employs industry-standard encryption both in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you delete your account:
- Your profile information will be deleted within 30 days
- Mood entries and associated media will be permanently deleted
- Pairing connections will be severed
- Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes

You can delete your account directly from the App by going to Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion:
- All your personal data, mood entries, photos, and voice notes will be permanently deleted
- Your pairing with your partner will be removed
- Any active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through Apple's subscription management
- Deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone
⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Please make sure to cancel any active subscriptions through Apple before deleting.
MeeSa is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
